Cultivate Your Essence is a telehealth mental health practice serving Black women and women of color in Illinois and Georgia. The Site provides general information about our practice, our clinicians, and the services we offer. Using the Site or contacting us does not by itself create a therapist–client relationship. A professional relationship is established only after intake and mutual agreement to begin services.

2. Not Medical or Emergency Advice:

The content on this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Reading the Site does not constitute therapy. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.

3. Eligibility and Telehealth Scope:

Our clinical services are available to clients physically located in the states where our clinicians are licensed (Illinois and Georgia) at the time of service. The Site is intended for adults; services for minors are arranged with a parent or legal guardian.

4. Use of the Site:

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to disrupt the Site, gain unauthorized access to any part of it, misuse any forms or communication tools, or copy or reproduce content without permission.

5. Intellectual Property:

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the "Become H.E.R. — Healed. Evolved. Restored." language, and the Becoming HER™ framework — is the property of Cultivate Your Essence or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
