Lauren Michelle Jackson, is a clinical therapist, Certified Domestic Violence Professional, Certified Life Coach, Consultant and a distinguished Speaker. As former Domestic Violence Therapist and Community Educator, her profound commitment to mental health and empowering women has led her to forge a significant path in supporting Black Women and Women of Color.

With an insightful and passionate background in mental health counseling, Lauren made it her mission to create a safe space for women to receive the therapeutic support they need and thus created, Cultivate Your Essence. Her aim is that CYE stands as a beacon of support, understanding and growth for Black Women & Women of Color seeking to overcome personal challenges and enhance their overall

mental wellbeing.

Through her work, Lauren continues to inspire and empower others, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of those she touches. Her vision for a world where Black Women &
