Lauren Michelle Jackson is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Domestic Violence Professional, life, consultant and sought after speaker who has spent over a decade transforming the landscape of mental health and wellness. Passionate about creating spaces where black women and girls feel affirmed and empowered, she

founded Cultivate Your Essence (CYE) — a nationally recognized, integrated practice dedicated to healing,

growth and transformation.

Through CYE, Lauren leads a dynamic team delivering accessible, culturally responsive mental health services

and corporate wellness programs that address stress, burnout, and workplace mental health. Her vision is to

shift organizational cultures, equip leaders to prioritize

well-being, and provide communities with tools to cultivate resilience and wholeness.

Lauren’s leadership and voice have been featured by Essence Magazine, iHeartRadio, ABC, NBC, Fox, WGN News, and more.
