Ashley Kendrick, LCSW

Never allow your mind to wander untamed like a wild animal that exists on the basis of survival of the fittest. Tame your mind with consistent focus on your goals and desires.

- Stephen Richards

Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about being able to help others. She believes there are times we may feel like we have to have it all together on the outside because we are being the “strong one,” when we may be falling apart on the inside. But the strongest person needs support too…

Ashley believes that we all come to a point in our lives where we can use some additional support or guidance.  It is her belief, that your journey starts with you and reaching out is the first, most courageous step one can take. Empowering others to reach their full potential through self-awareness and healing while helping them to discover their strengths and purpose is the driving forces behind Ashley’s approach when working with clients. She believes that once clients discover their power they can navigate through life without allowing anything or anyone to disturb your peace.

Ashley provides a safe space for clients to be themselves without judgement while on their healing journey. Her background consists of diverse experiences working with children, teens and young adults. Her experience as a Social Worker has been built working in acute psychiatric facilities, providing acute psychiatric treatment for children, adolescents and adults, DCFS child welfare, providing teenage counseling, crisis intervention, homeless youth and career advising.

As clinician, Ashley is a strong believer in meeting people where they are. She does this by building a relationship with clients in a conscious, non-judgmental and respectful way while using therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy and Person Centered Therapy forms of treatment. She hopes to help clients on their journey and inspire them to be confident while walking in their purpose!
