With a servant’s heart, Michelle takes pride in working with her clients in a collaborative effort to explore their feelings, identify their needs and create goals. She utilizes a holistic approach to address the functional, emotional and psychosocial health of the client.
Michelle has experience working with children, adolescents and adults. She is passionate about working with single mothers who have children with special needs. With the difficulty of navigating through life as a parent and advocate for their child, she understands the array of emotions, uncertainty, and several roles a parent must take on.
Healing is a beautiful and complex process that requires a safe space without judgement. As a therapist, Michelle assists clients with their thought process to develop a necessary skill set to foster positive changes in their lives. Michelle focuses on helping clients achieve a more centered, balanced life by giving them the tools needed to grow within life's challenges. She utilizes Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques. Through her work, Michelle is committed to helping clients overcome depression, anxiety, grief and loss, spiritual issues and the stressors of the
